
Puff pastry sticks with Ganda Ham and chocolate

Preparation
- Beat the egg yolk with a splash of water en brush the reult on the puff pastry dough.
- Crumble the almond shavings and sprinkle over the dough.
- Slice the dough in strips and cover with strips of Ganda Ham.
- Grate some dark chocolate on top and twist until you get a nice spiral shape.
- Put in the oven (200°C) until golden brown and crispy..
