Puff pastry sticks with Ganda Ham and chocolate


Preparation time:


  • Beat the egg yolk with a splash of water en brush the reult on the puff pastry dough.
  • Crumble the almond shavings and sprinkle over the dough.
  • Slice the dough in strips and cover with strips of Ganda Ham.
  • Grate some dark chocolate on top and twist until you get a nice spiral shape.
  • Put in the oven (200°C) until golden brown and crispy..

  • Handful of almond shaving
  • Dark chocolate (the darker, the better)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • A splash of water
