Omelette Soufflé with Ganda Ham


Serves 3 people

Preparation time:


  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Mix the yolks, cottage cheese, grated gruyère cheese together in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  5. Gently incorporate them into the mixture.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the mixture.
  7. When the edges are starting to brown, cover the pan and cook 1 min over low heat.
  8. Stop cooking and fold the omelette in half. Accompany with Ganda Ham on a plate.


  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated gruyère cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
