
Mussel packets with Ganda Ham, fine vegetables and Passendale beer

Serves 4 people
Preparation
Slice the celery and onion into fine cubes. Take 4 folded pieces aluminium foil and put about 15 uncooked mussels (without shell) on them. Cover with vegetables and shredded pieces of Ganda Ham. Pour the beer over it. Season with pepper, salt or fish seasoning. Close the packets. Grill on the barbeque for 15 minutes and serve as is. You can serve the garlic butter on the side. As soon as the guests open the packets, the aromas will seduce them.

- 1.2 kg mussels
- 4 slices Ganda Ham
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 red en green pepper
- 1 big onion
- 50 gr pesto
- dill, chives and basil
- 1 bottle Passendale
- 100 gr garlic butter
