Gegrilde nectarine met Ganda Ham


Serves 2 people

Preparation time:


  1. Place the grill pan on the stovetop so that it heat up.
  2. Halve the nectarines, remove the stone and cut into wedges.
  3. Grill the wedges on both sides and let it cool down.
  4. Tear the mozzarella into smaller, rough pieces
  5. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and a few drops of lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide the aragula over the plates, arrange the grilled nectarine and mozzarella on top and between the greens.
  7. Spread out the pieces of Ganda Ham.
  8. Finish off with the dressing.


  • 100gr aragula
  • 2 nectarines
  • 2 pieces mozzarella
  • 8 slices Ganda Ham
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
