Fijne pasta met tuingroenten, morieltjes en Ganda Ham

Elegant pasta with garden vegetables, morels and Ganda Ham


Serves 4 people


Boil the tagiliatelle until al dente, drain and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake the onion and garlic without browning them. Add white wine and bouillon en leave to reduce until 1/3. Add the cream and leave until it is incorporated. Then add the pasta, peas, mangetout peas and the morels.Stir well and if needed add some pepper and salt. 

Presentation :

Dress the Ganda Ham on warm plates and put the pasta in the middle. Add some chopped chives, remaining morels and dried tomatoes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.


  • 250 gr sliced Ganda Ham
  • 200 gr fine tagliatelle
  • 1 shredded onion
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 10 morels
  • 100 gr cooked mangetout peas
  • 100 gr dried tomatoes
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 1 dl chicken stock
  • 1 eetl. chopped chives
  • salt and pepper
