- Put the fig compote on the almond thins.
- Mix the mozzarella with some of its liquid until you obtain a smooth mixture, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place some of the mozzarella on the compote.
- Slice the Ganda Ham into thin strips and place on top.

- 150 g buffalo mozzarella
- 2 slices of Ganda Ham
- 100 g fig compote
